HOW TO MAKE JJAJANG SAUCE  

  1. Chop up veggies of choice (potato ,zucchini, onions) and protein of choice (beef, chicken, pork, seafood) into cubes.
  2. With oil on a large frying pan, Saute the chopped items until soft and golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, add 200ml of cold water with 1 TBSP of potato/corn starch and mix well until milky color. In another bowl, add 100ml of water with 1 spoon (30g) of Jajjang Base. 
  4. Add Jjajang base-water into pan and stir. then add the starch-water mixture slowly on med heat and constantly stir until thickens. THEN SERVE with rice or noodle!

 

INGREDIENTS: Black Bean Paste (Choonjang), Canola Oil, Oyster Sauce, Mirin, Sugar, Ginger, Garlic, Soy Sauce, Salt
