HOW TO MAKE SOONDUBU SOUP
- Chop up veggies of choice (zucchini, onions) and protein of choice (beef, chicken, pork, seafood) into cubes.
- Add 300ml bone broth or vegetable broth into a pot and boil for 5-10mins, then add 1-2 spoons of 'Soondubu Soup Base' and stir.
- Add extra tofu, veggies and protein and let it boil on medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Turn the heat to low and crack an egg into the centre of the pot and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. THEN SERVE!
INGREDIENTS: Korean pepper, Paste, Korean pepper powder, Onions, Dark soy sauce, Anchovy sauce, Chili oil, Garlic, Ginger, Sugar, Salt.
